2020: The Year of Stability

Congrats. You’ve arrived.

Welcome to the Year of Stability. As the year progresses, inner clarity will grow and amplify until we reach perfect vision. In numerology, 2020 represents the number 4: (2+0+2+0 = 4) which is the number of stability and physical manifestation. The dreams you birthed in 2018 and 2019 are ready to be actualized.

2020 is also a 22 Master Number and zero represents the Universe — the “no-thing” that created everything, which means the potential for manifestation this year is incredibly high. It will take effort on your part, but as long as you put in the effort, the universe will gladly co-create with you.

Over the last couple of years, your stability was rigorously tested. Probably by now, any illusions you had about yourself and others have been shattered. If not, they will be in 2020; as ideas, people, places and things that do not serve your highest good will be shaken loose and removed from your experience.

There is nothing left to do after that except go within, get real with yourself and decide what kind of life experience you want to build that can stand the test of time.

You will be pushed out of your comfort zone and into your purpose.

2018 = Freedom & 2019 = Authenticity

During these years, you may have learned that you cannot build a stable foundation on sand, because sand will always shift with the winds of change. You probably noticed that illusory foundations began to shift and crumble. Everything in your reality that proved to be unreliable, unhealthy and unstable has vanished from your life experience. This is if you were actively seeking freedom and authenticity.

If not much changed during those years, 2020 will be your year.

This is the beauty of co-creation. The universe helps us get on the right path even when we resist. All of your experiences are necessary.

Your external world is being shifted for a values alignment so you can step into your full authenticity and fulfill your soul’s destiny.

Values realignment

We’ll collectively begin to question our own values and what freedom actually means to us. Your experiences could have been (or will be) quite dramatic as you explored and tested the values you’ve worked with up until now.

Often, the values we hold are ones that we were conditioned to adopt in childhood in order to fit in with our clan. Survival-based value systems are created from a fear-based place and do not serve your highest good. The ego does not want you to release fear-based thinking because without it, the ego loses control.

Living out value systems that don’t belong to you will keep you repeating unhealthy patterns led by the ego.

Maybe you have spent time exploring your own depths and identifying your own personal values, or at least gained clarity of what they are not. You are being called to reflect so self-actualization can occur.

Once you determine what you want out of life, you must match that vibration by continuing to remove the layers of conditioning (everything that is not you) in order to know yourself at the core. The last two years marked a time of going within and meeting your authentic self. If you have not yet met your authentic self, you certainly will this year.

You may have noticed that it has become increasingly difficult to follow the status quo. And that’s good news, because there really is no room for posturing this year.

Say goodbye to materialistic posturing.

Saturn moves into Aquarius at the end of January 2020, which marks the end of materialism for a while. In the last few years, we’ve seen lots of posts showing off materialistic versions of wealth across all media. I’m not labeling this as negative; we all want to enjoy life. But this type of posturing is not what is going get the attention of the masses in 2020.

If we’re all being honest, what is most important in life are not the things.

It will no longer be popular to show off material wealth and pretend that life is always amazing. Why? Because it’s not authentic. No one’s life is amazing ALL the time. Those who have nothing else to showcase except their fabulous vacations, designer purses, sports cars and butt poses will lose the floor.

We’ll begin to see people showing up in a more vulnerable way and spreading awareness about issues that really matter to them.

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”
— Mahatma Gandhi

The collective is discovering that we are here to serve a purpose – our own unique purpose that is designed to serve the collective.

This year, we build.

You will use all you’ve hopefully learned in the last couple of years to help you turn your dreams into reality. And you will learn as you go.

With this new heightened level of clarity, you can finally get to work and use the information you have collected from your experiences to decide exactly what you want, and allow nothing to stop you from going after it. You will stretch yourself beyond your known limits and begin building a solid foundation that will support you for many years to come.

You’re probably a little nervous. Good. That means you care.

Now is the time to take your dreams seriously, get organized and create a solid plan. Once this year is over, you will proudly look back at all you’ve created and settle comfortably into your new reality.

You have this one life as you.

It’s time to open your heart and go after what sets your soul on fire.

The questions to ask yourself now are:

  • What do I want to manifest in my reality that will stand the test of time?

  • How do I want to make an impact in the world?

  • Who do I want to take with me on this journey?

Answering these questions and acting upon what you discover requires a large dose of courage, and that includes vulnerability — the highest act of courage.

This is the year to see what you’re made of. Don’t waste it.
