“Just as ripples spread out when a single pebble is dropped into water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects.”
— Dalai Lama
Are you someone who feels deep in their soul there’s a revolution right now, but you’re unsure of how to positively participate and contribute to a more just world?
Do you have a hard time with the issues of our world, but are unsure of how to be a part of the solution?
Have social issues been important to you … but also uncomfortable for you because you’re not sure how to face them?
Do you feel strongly that our systems are set up to create rather than eliminate injustice, but you’re not sure what other way exists?
This is your chance to do your part individually,
so we can change the world collectively.
There is a Better Way – Justice as Love
In order for us to move into justice as Love, we must first be open to stepping into unknown territory, where unlimited possibilities for positive change exist.
Sylvia Clute, president of the Alliance for Unitive Justice developed a theory and practice that is quite capable of literally changing the world.
I’m leading an 8 week Unitive Justice Theory course, using everything that Sylvia taught me and many others to help ordinary people with extraordinary hope and motivation learn these conflict resolution practices and begin to operate from a place of openness and love for humanity.
We are in the midst of extremely challenging times.
As we maneuver through a pandemic, extreme division and social injustice, a new way of resolving conflict is needed now more than ever.
If you want to learn how resolve conflict at its core and build stronger relationships with everyone in your life, then you’ll want to join us for this virtual Unitive Justice Theory Course, beginning January 18, 2021.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
- Learn about Unitive Justice as a parallel system of justice that moves us from proportional revenge (punitive systems) to lovingkindness.
- Understand how the system we currently participate in does not support the individual or the community at large – and how it creates perpetual suffering in every social system.
- Learn proven conflict resolution tools that you can use in your work and in everyday life.
- Be introduced to the Unitive Circle process and learn how it can be used to heal conflict at the core.
This workshop has been taught for years in colleges and universities in the departments of Education and Criminal Justice. Unitive Justice Theory has positively impacted social systems such as:
- Business,
- Education,
- Politics,
- Spiritual organizations,
- Psychology-based practices, and
- The justice system at large.
People who have benefitted from this course include:
- Business owners, HR professionals;
- Entrepreneurs, solo-preneurs;
- School teachers, counselors, truancy officers and students;
- Counselors, therapists, coaches and parents;
- Police officers, attorneys, judges, politicians;
- Prison employees and former inmates.
This work crosses all social systems and creates a positive impact in the way they operate. Changing the world is an inside job. We have the capacity to create great collective change when we begin with ourselves. The concepts you will learn in this course are life-changing, as you begin to understand how society has been resolving conflict for centuries has not actually resolved anything, it’s only made things worse.
The unitive way of resolving conflict is not a form of mediation, where two parties decide on what they are willing to lose. It’s a completely different way of managing conflict where new possibilities can arise that once seemed impossible.
This course has been taught in public schools, universities and in community groups to help expand the collective consciousness in support moving into practicing justice as love — which means recognizing each other’s shared humanity and resolving conflict at its core.

WHERE DID UNITIVE JUSTICE COME FROM?
Unitive Justice falls within the larger umbrella of Restorative Justice. Both assume that conflict is an opportunity for healing and even transformation, but some “blended models” retain elements of the punitive system, while Unitive Justice does not. Unitive Justice uses non-judgmental language, and it is premised on the belief that each person has something that can be healed on the other side of conflict.
This is an immersive process that will change you from the inside out. It also has the power to transform the lives of your clients, employees, students, communities and families.

“Reflective listening and putting it into practice has benefitted my mood and my ability to solve conflicts. The exact methodology and word usage taught in this class is impactful, and when put into practice inside and outside of the classroom it yields wildly efficient results. I used reflective listening during a conflict at work. They felt connection with other and recognized their shared strengths and weaknesses. It was truly remarkable to witness. It was a productive conversation with a positive outcome.”

“I cannot understate the benefits we are receiving from our small collective by bearing witness to this together, with each other and for each other. The reflective listening exercises coupled with the content and shifting paradigms are wisely paired. I have been practicing reflective listening with my husband and children and it is amazing how much peace enters the relational space once one feels heard. Wow – the power.”
