Join us for the 2017 Unitive Business Workshop with lead presenter Sylvia Clute, president of the Alliance for Unitive Justice; co-creator Jodi Lemacks, JD, attorney, leadership trainer and nonprofit director and co-creator Sara Daves, organizational development consultant and purpose coach.
Unitive business is a system for transforming organizational culture that is grounded in unitive principles. The theories taught in this workshop are designed to:
- Create a mind shift toward unity and oneness,
- Enhance productivity and engagement,
- Reduce turnover, and
- Allow businesses to reach new heights in co-creativity and creative outcomes.
This intensive training will equip business professionals with the tools to implement the 12 unitive business principles that enhance co-creativity and connection and devise strategies for mutually beneficial action. We will focus on community strength, self empowerment, consensual participation, inclusiveness and values, including trust, honesty, insight and connection.
The workshop will be held over four days, November 2, 3, 4 and 6 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at the Friends Meeting House, located at 4500 Kensington Avenue, Richmond, Va. 23221. The cost for the training is $369 per person. Scholarships are available. Space is limited, so Register soon!
About Sylvia Clute: Over the past 30 years, Sylvia has worked to create and develop the theory reflected in the Arcs to Unity, which is the primary focus of this workshop. Sylvia was a trial attorney for 28 years and now teaches unitive and restorative justice at the college level. She is author of two books, "Beyond Vengeance, Beyond Duality: A Call for a Compassionate Revolution" and a novel, "Destiny Unveiled," and a contributor to two recent books on the Integrative Law Movement. She holds advanced degrees from U. Cal./Berkeley , the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Boston Univ. School of Law.
