Radical Gratitude

This week’s challenge is focused on gratitude.

Practicing gratitude can transform your life in amazing ways you never thought possible. It decreases stress and increases peace and joyous anticipation, which attracts abundance in all areas.

We’ll cover how to practice radical gratitude in your life everyday so that you can not only manifest more to be grateful for in your life, but speed up your manifestation timeline in ways you never dreamed possible.

Expressing gratitude is the fastest way to uplift your vibration. Essentially, you attract what is a match to your vibration. There are 86,400 seconds in a day. It only takes 2 seconds to say “Thank you.” Every single chance you get, remember to say “Thank you,” for every little thing.

You may catch people off guard but who cares. That’s their problem – gratitude is ultimately your gift, because it feels really good to be thankful.

Rewiring your brain

Extending gratitude to other people will spark the most highly evolved areas of your brain.

Practicing gratitude with repetition helps you tap into neuroplasticity and restructures your physical brain to make better brain cell connections. Emotions fire up the hippocampus, the brain’s center of learning and memory. Strong feelings get stored in the long-term memory, and it is long-term memory that creates the human belief system – on a basic level, this is how we become socialized.

Practicing a daily gratitude exercise frees you from emotional pain and will make you happier and physically healthier. When you are happy and healthy, you have the self-discipline you need to achieve your goals.

It pays dividends to grow the joy in your heart. And it also uplifts everyone around you, and makes the world a more joyful place because you’re elevating the vibration of everything around you.

Have you ever made eye contact and smiled at someone in passing, for no reason? This is an expression of love. When you express love in this way, straight from your heart, it will be noticed by the receiver and felt in their own heart. Feeling positive emotions are how we lift the collective vibration and anchor the consciousness of Oneness.

If you can control your mind you can change your life and create anything you want. Instead of focusing on problems, focus on the cure; focus on the solution. 


  1. Begin your gratitude journal. You will never be finished with this task. Consider it a life-long practice.

  2. Each evening, take a couple of minutes each day to write down all things you are grateful for. It can be anything that happened today or whatever comes to mind in the moment. For this radical gratitude practice, keep going until you have written 10 things that you are grateful for each day.


  1. This week, notice how you feel after spending a few evenings completing each day’s journal entries. Does life seem different? Do you see how your internal state impacts your external well-being?

  2. Practice opening your heart space. When you feel depressed or anxious, notice a light emanating from your heart space. What does it look like? Is it an orb of light or a flame, or something else? Whenever you notice the light emanating from your heart, give thanks for it. This is your connection to source consciousness.

  3. We need to give love as much as we need to receive it. This week, go out of your way to smile at others, if it feels like the right thing to do. Feel your heart open. This will increase your gratitude ten-fold and also remind you of all the love that is present in your reality. You will find it if you look for it.
