Course Content


raise your vibration

Energy is the core of everything in existence. In this module, you will practice raising your energetic frequency. Your frequency vibrates out into the universe and creates everything in your reality. Vibration operates at all levels of frequency and you can change your vibration at any time.

There are ways to increase your frequency so that you can begin operating at a higher vibrational level and continue doing so even when you are not paying close attention.

The exercises in this module will help you raise your vibration, build an awareness of your signature vibration and build a higher vibrational frequency, no matter what circumstance you find yourself in.  

You magnetize to you every experience in your life. You energy is always vibrating out into the universe, attracting like energy and thus creating your reality.

Clearing your energetic field

To manifest like a goddess, you must plant your seeds of intention from the space of a higher frequency, and you do this by clearing your energetic field. Setting intentions without first getting yourself in alignment to match what you are asking for will not help you create your desired outcome.

The clearest indicator that your energy is out of balance is noticing how you feel. E-motion is energy in motion – it doesn’t matter which emotion you embody, you are always manifesting your reality based on the emotions you choose – and your external reality is created from that place. It is your emotions – not your thoughts – that determine what you manifest.

Words

All the words we speak are essentially spells, creating everything we experience. Using your words wisely empowers you to create change in your external experience. While thoughts are important, they are not as powerful as words. You can always change a thought. Once words are spoken, they are out in the ether. You speak things into existence with words.

The words you speak can either strengthen or weaken your vibration. Your words have a powerful ability to guide your mind. A negative thought can be transformed by a positive affirmation when spoken aloud. Both positive and negative words spoken aloud have a major impact on what you create because they have the power to change an emotion.

Meditation

Having a regular meditation practice can permanently strengthen the most evolved area of your brain. It enhances cognition, creativity and positivity. It encourages the release of dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins, which evokes sensations of happiness and calm.

Sitting still for even a few minutes a day can help you connect to the divine nature of the self that transcends thought. It doesn’t matter what kind of meditation practice you choose – do whatever feels good. You can meditate in silence, with eyes open or closed, use guided meditations or practice a walking meditation. The point is to be in the present moment for as long as possible.  

Gratitude

We covered the importance of gratitude in Module 12. By now, you should have lists of what you’re grateful for. Take time this week to review everything you wrote.

Periodically revisiting your gratitude journal entries can be a powerful practice. What are the recurring things or experiences you have felt grateful for? Find those recurring entries and reflect on them. Speaking them aloud will add power to them and fuel your frequency, raising it to an even higher vibration.

Adding a couple of minutes in the morning to reflect on these items can raise your vibration before you even get out of bed and positively impact your entire day. Remember, anything that changes your emotions from positive to negative will help you create the outcome you desire.

Food

Consuming foods that are alive is the fastest way to raise your vibration. I always tell my clients who want to manifest quickly to rid their diets of all animal products and replace them with fruits and vegetables – foods that are alive with the energy of the sun. These foods vibrate at higher frequencies. Eating food that is alive helps to clears your energetic frequency from the trauma that is lodged in the bodies of slaughtered animals.

Pay attention to how certain foods make your body feel. When you eat foods that are low in vibration, you are more at risk for dis-ease, anxiety and depression.

If you are not interested in changing your diet permanently, that’s OK. I recommend trying a vegan diet for 30 days and see how you feel. And I highly recommend at least changing your diet during the manifestation process.

The day before you decide to set intentions, eat only food that is alive. Keep this diet for three days – the day before manifestation practice, the day of and the day after. Your energy needs to be as clean as possible when you sow your seeds of intention. You will notice your intuition heighten and you will be open to new ideas and recognize opportunities when they arise.


Action

  1. Words – Every day, say aloud what you want the universe to bring you. Don’t be afraid of your thoughts – it’s impossible to completely train the mind. The goal is to not allow your thoughts to turn emotions, then into words and then into actions. Remember to say what it is that you want, in a positive statement. Do not say aloud what you don’t want. For example, if you would like to lose weight, you can say, “I want a beautiful, healthy body.” Do not say, “I don’t want to be fat anymore.”

  2. Meditation – You have been using the guided meditations in this program to access the deepest areas of the mind and rewire your programming. I also recommend meditating in silence for at least 10 minutes per day. You can meditate any way you like and 10 minutes per day is enough to start. this will enhance a calmness within. When you’re calm, you can more easily tap into your intuition and receive the messages from the universe regarding the actions you can take to manifest your desires into reality.

  3. Gratitude – Express gratitude for those recurrences using your words. For example, if you are grateful for your yoga practice, you can look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are grateful for your willingness to practice every day. If you are grateful for your life partner or children, you can say those words aloud directly to them or to yourself.

    • To take your radical gratitude practice a step further, give yourself a minute or two in the morning, as soon as you open your eyes, to consider what you are grateful for in that moment. The energy of this practice will be with you throughout the day, creating joy and peace, and will keep your energy clean.

    • As soon as you open your eyes in the morning, give yourself the space consider of all the reasons you are grateful. Practicing gratitude has the power to direct your entire day towards more of what you want and help you to create. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations we can feel. It’s important to say thank you to spirit, source, the universe or God – whatever feels right to you. It will change your mood immediately.

  4. Food – Use the “How to Work with the Moon’s Energies” guide to determine when you will begin the manifestation process. Add your intention-setting day to your calendar and add your 3-day diet change to your calendar as well. The diet change should be the day before you set intentions, the day of and the day after. If you would like to experience a heightened vibrational shift, change your diet for 30 days and set intentions during that time. Pay attention to how you feel during this 30 days.
